My dear friends, supporters and interested people.

My dear friends, supporters, and interested people,It’s still hard to believe sometimes, but I’ve been feeling really good for four weeks. The symptoms that held me captive for so long are no longer there. Positive energy is flowing through me. Every time I walk past a mirror, I’m surprised at how much my eyes light up. Almost surreal, sometimes. My hair and skin feel different too. I can only describe it as a general glow from within.

And the very good experiences of daily meditation are worth a long article of their own. It is amazing. What would I have done without all of you lovely people? I’m so grateful that I look like an Instagram filter now 😉 [Small joke, but honestly, it’s amazing, isn’t it?]

In the last few articles, I was able to report on things that can help us vaccine victims, be it mentally or physically. Now, too, I could report a lot, but I’m a bit short of space at the moment. I will, of course, provide information about these other tangible aids in the fight against post-vaccine syndrome later. But I really wanted to share my health update with you because it’s just great.

After my 15-hour bus journey to Dharamsala, I will be going on a Buddhist retreat for the next ten days starting tomorrow. [Here is the link to the website: https://tushita.info/]

This means I will be unavailable. I feel that this final part of my healing journey can help me consolidate and enrich my mindset. There will be spiritual classes as well as discussion groups on loving kindness and compassion, the basic pillars of Buddhism. [Here is the link to the event details: https://tushita.info/events/geshe-dorji-damdul-bodhicitta-retreat-2022/] Most of the time, there will be silence, only in the discussions will you be allowed to speak. Even the questions to the teacher will be purely written.

The last two days, I was there for morning meditation. This consisted of two parts. The first was concentrating on the breath, the second was directing the mind to a particular theme. Today it was the constancy of change in all things. The following sentence accompanies us on our path today: “Things are like a wave.”

And after that, my dear friends, I want to go home. That’s enough. I miss my family, my friends, my work, art, and much more. In a positive way, I long to return to my home, an area that on many levels sank into this fog of inoculation long ago and is already waiting for me.

I send you all warmest greetings and, of course, deepest thanks. Thank you for being with me. I am now also with you again.
