My dear friends, supporters and interested people.

I have been in Rishikesh for more than two weeks now, and I am feeling better than I have since the vaccination. Finally, I can say that. A positive, energetic feeling follows me. I am able to do yoga every day and meditate, sometimes even twice a day. I still feel how fragile my system is, but nothing compares to the state of the months before.

Before we finally get to the Ayurvedic medicines, I would like to share something else with you. And perhaps I speak for other people with long-term illnesses. Through daily physical exercises called “asanas,” I experience anxiety caused by the persistent symptoms of Post-Vac Syndrome. It’s like a protective posture I have manifested. I have a blockage that makes it difficult for me to go beyond a certain point of physical, athletic activity. I am amazed at how deeply the last year has literally affected me. But looking back, I understand. How many times in that dark period of my life did I bravely walk into the unknown of this disease, into a fog of unexplainable pain, and fall again and again? As described in my article “When Your System Fails,” at some point, I knew no way out. In the process, progressively, the mind locked itself in. My yoga teacher, Rohan from Buddham Yogshala, helps me go deeper into the exercises, to truly free myself from the specter of illness.

However, as helpful as this experience is, in a way it is up to me alone to walk this path. Without a strong will and complete courage, I would fail. To further accompany this process, I have found Kishan, a physiotherapist/yoga teacher who specifically focuses on my feet. The feet that carry me through my life.

However, as helpful as this experience is, in a way, it’s up to me alone to walk this path. Without a strong will and unwavering courage, I would fail. To further accompany this process, I have found Kishan, a physiotherapist/yoga teacher who specifically focuses on my feet—the feet that carry me through my life. Literally, step by step, some confidence is slowly coming back. More and more, I believe again that we both, my body and I, can cross borders.

From this perspective, I would like to provide tangible, perhaps helpful data—information gathered from my own experience on certain medications that have helped me.

Please note the following: Each of these medicines is only a part of the whole. There is probably no one herb that can save you. In addition, I recommend consulting an Ayurvedic doctor before taking them. They will determine which part of your body and mind needs help through the so-called pulse diagnosis. Because what is good for one person can be poison for another. However, the disease we are dealing with is, in a way, new. Doctors in India, too, feel compelled to go a little by the trial-and-error principle. But unlike the demigods in white (doctors in Germany), their Ayurvedic colleagues are motivated to find a way.

1.Shilajit.

A photo of a lump of shilajit. A medicine from Ayurveda that contains many minerals and trace elements.

Shilajit is a sticky substance found mainly in the rocks of the Himalayas. It is formed over centuries by the slow decomposition of plants.

Ingredients:

  • Fulvic acid
  • Humic acid
  • Calcium
  • Manganese
  • Selenium
  • Magnesium
  • Potassium
  • Iron

Shilajit also contains many trace elements. In the human body, there are very small amounts of these minerals, usually less than 5 grams per organism. The recommended daily dose is also low, usually up to 100 mg daily. Despite their low presence in the body, these minerals are of utmost importance for the normal functioning of the human body (electrolytes, metabolism, energy, detoxification, hormone regulation, etc.). Trace elements in shilajit include zinc, iodine, fluorine, copper, sodium, chlorine, phosphorus, zinc, chromium, cobalt, bromine, nickel, boron, silicon, vanadium, lithium, aluminum, arsenic, strontium, germanium, lead, rubidium, tin, and more. Besides minerals, shilajit also contains many organic acids, carbon-60, and much more.

After consulting my doctor, I take a small amount of Shilajit, dissolved in warm tea or water, in the morning and evening. I would continue taking it until there is a longer-lasting improvement, perhaps using it regularly for a fortnight and then giving the dear body a week to process and structure. At the moment, I am trying to find out how to get good quality Shilajit in Germany. Especially with this product, quality is very important.

2. Ashwaganda.

A photo with Ashwagandha roots, a medicine from Ayurveda. In the background a bowl with ground powder of this root.

Ashwagandha is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, a traditional form of alternative medicine based on Indian principles of natural medicine. People have been using ashwagandha for thousands of years to relieve stress, increase energy levels, and improve concentration. Ashwagandha is a Sanskrit word for the smell of a horse, which refers to both the scent of the herb and its potential ability to increase strength. Its botanical name is Withania somnifera, and it is also known by several other names, including Indian ginseng and winter cherry. The ashwagandha plant is a small shrub with yellow flowers that is native to India and Southeast Asia. Extracts or powders from the root or leaves of the plant are used to treat a number of ailments, including anxiety and fertility problems.

Ingredients:

Various alkaloids such as anaferine, anahygrine, cuscohygrine, nicotine, tropine, and withasomnine, as well as withanolides like somniferanolide, somniwithanolide, withaferin A, and withasomniferanolide.

My Ayurvedic doctor, Dr. Praveen, recommends that I use it for a period of four months. I take one teaspoon of the powder in a cup of warm water in the morning and evening.

Ashwagandha is relatively easy to get and of good quality.

3. Allerco

A photo of a medicine called Allerco. An Ayurvedic, natural medicine in tablet form. The packaging is a round plastic box.

Since Post-Vac Syndrome feels like a constant allergic reaction, among other things, I have been on to something here from the beginning. Dr. Freisleben also prescribed antihistamines in his therapy for vaccination symptoms. But this product is purely herbal.

Allerco tablets have an effective antihistamine effect that is free of side effects. It modulates and stimulates the immune system, breaks the chain of recurring allergies, and provides a safe cure for allergic disorders. It also exerts a powerful blood cleansing action that attacks at the root of persistent infections.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains: Harar 30 mg, Brahmi 20 mg, Arusa 40 mg, Dalchini 20 mg, Daru Haldi 30 mg, Godanti Bhasam 30 mg, Chrirata 50 mg, Neem 30 mg, Kali Mirch 20 mg, Bakuchi 30 mg, processed in extracts of Neem, Brahmi & Daru Haldi.

Usage:

For adults: 2 tablets two to three times daily for 15 days, for children: 1 tablet three times daily.

I myself have long left the 15-day use behind and take Allerco only as needed. When my head starts to close up again, I take two tablets, and ten minutes later, I feel better.

You can order this product on the internet.

4. Organic honey with turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon.

It is a powerful antioxidant that supports liver function and, thus, digestion and detoxification. It also has a long-term, physically and mentally stimulating effect.

Take one tablespoon in the morning and one in the evening.

I am keeping this last part of my report short on purpose. It is not particularly difficult to find out about the various effects of turmeric and cinnamon. However, when buying, look for the best quality.

5. An almost vegetarian to vegan way of life.

Of course, nutrition also plays a major role. However, this topic leads too far now and is also relatively easy to research yourself.

Again, I would like to mention that I am not a doctor and that these findings were personally experienced by me. Every person reacts differently.

I hope this article can help a little bit to alleviate the distress of people with vaccine damage and to open more hearts to this topic. It is about healing people who have become ill as a result of a government-imposed action, acknowledging their suffering, and providing adequate assistance to our fellow human beings. This issue concerns all of us, not only the physically injured. I ask you and myself how one cannot lose faith in humanity in the face of this situation. But then what is left?

Thanks to your great support, I am strong enough to say no. I am consciously choosing to live in a good world with good people. I will not let my good world be taken away from me.

My dear friends, supporters, and interested individuals, thank you for continuing to follow and support me.

See you soon.

Tilo
